The combustion of diesel fuel produces soot particles that become trapped in the diesel particulate filter (DPF). Due to low engine speeds, short journeys, city traffic and traffic jams, the DPF does not get hot enough to burn off the soot particles. As a result, the DPF becomes clogged.

Lube1 Intake Valve Cleaner

Problem:

Inlet valves in modern vehicles are very susceptible to deposits due to direct injection, as they are not cleaned by the fuel flow.

Even 100 mg of deposits have a negative effect on the function of the intake valves. Over time, these deposits become coked. The result is a hard, lava stone-like mass. Coked intake valves can damage the cylinder walls and gaskets. Flakes are deposited in the catalytic converter, where they form so-called hot spots and destroy catalytic elements.

Cleaning additives added to the vehicle's fuel tank have little effect, as the intake valves are not touched by the fuel.

Only suitable for gasoline engines!
Do not use for vehicles with a mileage of over 150,000 km!

Lube1 Fuel System Cleaner (L1-07701)

The ultimate fuel system cleaner for gasoline and diesel engines

Problem

Increasing demands for low fuel consumption and the 

The associated low CO2 emissions with the lowest exhaust gas values require a change towards modern gasoline and diesel engines with direct injection.

The increasing proportion of biofuels leads to more residues and deposits in the combustion chambers. This results in:

  • Poor fuel yield
  • Exhaust gas values too high
  • Coking on the injection system and diesel particulate filters (DPF) 

Malfunctions such as "missfire codes" are often the result.

The solution
