Course participants who can correctly evaluate the vehicle/transmission information. This course builds on the specialist course 1. This course deals with the problems that can occur before, during or after a flush, but do not necessarily have anything to do with the gearbox flush itself.
Many faults in the "gearbox" are the result of faults in other systems. It is therefore necessary to specifically check whether all actuators and sensors on the transmission are working correctly. Furthermore, various parameters of the transmission must be called up and evaluated in the diagnostic tester. The so-called adaptation values in the transmission control unit are also an important topic. Their meaning and effect, as well as how to deal with them during flushing and/or repair, is an essential part of the training.
